Who we are

Plutus is the brand name of Veles Holdings LLC, a technology company. This policy explains what the Plutus website and the Plutus client console collect, why, and what we do with it. Questions can go to hello@joinplutus.co.

What we collect

From the public website

If you submit the demo request form we store the name, work email, firm, role, fund size range, and any message you choose to write. We ask for this so a person can reply to you. Nothing else on the marketing site is collected about you.

From the client console

Accounts are issued to named people at client firms. For each account we store an email address, and optionally a display name and job title that the account holder can edit. We store which workspace an account belongs to and what role it holds.

Inside a workspace, the console displays operating data belonging to that client firm. Depending on which systems a client has connected, that can include:

  • call records from the client's dialer, including the outcome recorded by the rep, call length, notes, objections, transcripts, and recording links
  • email activity from the client's sending platform, including message content, replies, opens, bounces, and unsubscribes
  • meetings booked through the client's scheduling tool
  • publicly reported fund figures such as assets under management, sourced from public market data by ticker

This data belongs to the client firm. We hold it so their own team can see it in one place. Each workspace is isolated at the database level, so an account can only ever read data belonging to the workspaces it is a member of.

If you sign in with Google

Signing in with Google is optional. We request only your email address and basic profile information, and we use them for one purpose: to identify your existing Plutus account and sign you in. We do not read your mail, your calendar, your contacts, or your files. We do not use Google account data for advertising, and we never sell it or pass it to anyone for their own purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the product, and only so they can run it:

  • Supabase, for the database and account authentication
  • Vercel, for hosting
  • Google, if you choose to sign in with Google

Client operating data reaches us from systems the client already uses and has chosen to connect. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept while they are useful for following up. Console accounts and workspace data are kept for as long as the client engagement runs, and are deleted on request once it ends. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.

Security

Access to the console is invite only. Nobody can create their own account. Data is encrypted in transit, and workspace isolation is enforced by the database rather than by the interface, so it holds regardless of how a request arrives.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
