Terms of service

Last updated 8 September 2026

The agreement

These terms govern use of the Plutus website and the Plutus client console. Plutus is the brand name of Veles Holdings LLC, a technology company. Where a client firm has signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs and these terms fill any gaps.

What the service is

Plutus is software. It brings a client firm's own operating data together in one place: calls, email activity, meetings, and publicly reported fund figures. It reports what those connected systems say. It does not itself transact, advise, or arrange anything, and nothing in the product is an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation. The disclosure at the foot of every page sets out the regulatory position precisely.

Accounts

Access is invite only. Accounts are issued to named individuals and must not be shared. Workspace owners and admins may invite their own colleagues, and are responsible for who they admit. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

  • do not attempt to access a workspace you have not been admitted to
  • do not probe, scan, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
  • do not use the service to break the law or a regulatory obligation that applies to you
  • do not remove data belonging to another firm from the service

Client data

Operating data displayed in a workspace belongs to the client firm. We hold and process it to provide the service. We do not sell it, and we do not use one client's data to serve another.

Accuracy and availability

Figures shown in the console are reported from connected systems and public sources. Where a source is unavailable or a figure cannot be read, the console says so rather than estimating. Even so, the service is provided as is: we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, or that a third party source is correct. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision that matters.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending access

A client firm may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for a serious breach of these terms. On request after an engagement ends, we will delete the firm's data.

Changes and contact

If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page. Reach us at hello@joinplutus.co.
